Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Visit Section Translation application.
- Pick a new page to create, by translating a lead section.
- Translate the page title and some contents too.
- Publish the translation
What happens?:
The published title for the newly created target page is the original source page title.
What should have happened instead?:
The published title should be the translated title by the user, and only if no such translation exists, should the original source page title be used as target title.
