I'm sorry, this was caused by my patch https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/core/+/804604.
The fix will be deployed next week per the usual schedule. In the meantime, please directly visit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NewPages&hideredirs=0 (and similarly on other wikis) if you wish to see the new redirects (the feature still works, only the link is missing).
