List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

• Go to this sample page: https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/31.10.149.140
• Open IP info accordion then collapse it
• Then navigate to another page, for example click random article
• Then click the back button to go back to IP info page

What happens?:
The accordion is open, although the last state was closed
Below is the screen shot in IE 11 using a simulator tool

Note: On IE when IP info has been open, then collapsed, when screen is refresh IP info is open. The issue may not be readily evident at first. Give it more than one or 2 tries.

What should have happened instead?:
The IP info accordion should persist it's last state(open or collapsed) when user navigates back to the IP info page.
