Description

This epic involves the work with ensuring the Talk Pages Project "Phase 1" work – broadly defined – is in a state that makes it easy for other people (volunteers, WMF colleagues, our future selves, etc.) to maintain, build upon, and learn from.

Where "easy to maintain, build upon, and learn from." in this context means things like:

Volunteers...
- Know where to go to learn how DiscussionTools features work
- Know where to go to report issues and/or suggest improvements to how DiscussionTools features appear and behave
- Know how to go about leverage DiscussionTools primitives to invent new communication tools and experiences

WMF Staff...
- Know where to go to learn what the Editing Team learned from the research and work they've done during "Phase 1" of the Talk Pages Project
- Know how to go about leverage DiscussionTools primitives to invent new communication tools and experiences

Editing Team Members
- Can ensure DiscussionTools features continue to work in the ways volunteers expect while working on another, yet-to-be defined, initiative that will likely be unrelated to talk pages/DiscussionTools
