1. As a Senior Contributor who is starting a new section with the New Discussion Tool, I want to be able to decide whether the tool automatically adds my signature on a per-use basis, so that I can avoid: A) my signature being published to a talk page twice and/or B) my signature appearing at all.

Note: since the New Discussion tool replaces the old way of adding a new section to a page, it can be a little harder to make these edits in the old wikitext editors.

2. As a Senior Contributor, I want to be able to use subst templates that will add my signature within the Reply Tool without having to worry about my signature appearing twice.
