In the help section of English Wikipedia, WP:REFNAME discourages ref names of the style ":0", but in the visual editor, they are the unchangeable default. Wikipedia should not work against its own help guidelines. The visual editor should be enhanced to create a name generator that takes parts of the author, publication, website, date, and title to come up with unique and meaningful ref names.
