What's going on in a nutshell: Mediawiki pages are able to speak any mix of Mediawiki languages for pages and contents, but not for users in scribunto.
Activity Type : This task concern near all pages in the international MediaWikis.
Activity Type : This task concern also the Module:Centralizer which can display texts in all MediaWikis languages to help users and admins and Lua coder in their languages.
What is the problem : Users, admins and Lua coders could but cannot read or write pages in their languages.
Unambiguous dedicated test case : To satisfy these needs my Module:Centralizer is build as international like you can see in this page.
Proposed solution : For this goal inplement this task as soon as possible in scribunto for any users in any Mediawiki pages.
Who would benefit + your name : Do this for all users and admins and Lua coders and Rical then they will can read and write in their known languages.
Links : This task is linked with some others :
T198107 Begin to use central modules
T135845 Convert any module as central or centralisable
T68051 Implement Lua alternative to {{int:Lang}} / wgUserLanguage
T4085 Add a {{USERLANGUAGE}}/{{USERLANG}} magic word

@Rical: Please structure your tasks into separate sections so they are easier and clearer to understand for others:
- specific clear steps to reproduce the situation, which leave no room for interpretation
- expected or proposed outcome
- current outcome.
@Rical: I have asked you many times already to structure your tasks better. Is there a reason why you keep ignoring my requests?
Hi Aklapper,
I understand your request.
My guideline is to try to follow these steps:
t = t .. "\ n * How to correctly report a task as in <b> <big>
viewers.phab_task ('T149532 # 2878699', 'this task') </ big> </ b>:"
t = t .. "\ n * 1) <b> What's going on in a nutshell </ b>"
t = t .. "\ n * 2) <b> Activity Type </ b>"
t = t .. "\ n * 3) <b> What is the problem </ b>"
t = t .. "\ n * 4) <b> Unambiguous dedicated test case </ b>"
t = t .. "\ n * 5) <b> Expected Result </ b>"
t = t .. "\ n * 6) <b> Proposed solution </ b>"
t = t .. "\ n * 7) <b> Where and when to use the proposed solution </ b>"
t = t .. "\ n * 8) <b> Who would benefit + your name </ b>"
t = t .. "\ n * 9) <b> Current state of the discussion </ b>"
t = t .. "\ n * 10) <b> Links </ b>"
t = t .. "\ n * 11) <b> Your name is linked to your MediaWiki URL or to
a profile elsewhere on the Internet </ b>"
My description answers these points, but perhaps lacks marks to
characterize them?
Best regards.
@Rical: The previous comment is unreadable (you can use the "Preview" function below the comment field in the web UI). I already linked to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug asking you to split your task descriptions into clear sections listed on that page. Thanks for following that.
How is this task different from T68051: Implement Lua alternative to {{int:Lang}} / wgUserLanguage and T4085: Add a {{USERLANGUAGE}} magic word?
For future reference, please use the task summary to provide, in separate sections, 1) clear steps to reproduce, including a link, 2) the expected outcome, 3) the current outcome. This is still not the case.
Unfortunately closing this report as no further information has been provided how this task is different from already existing tasks (and as the task description unfortunately ignores https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug )
