Description

Reuse the patch from the last campaign and adjust it to use the new campaign parameters and guided tour name.

@Verena please provide the necessary data here

Guided Tour name: "einfuhrung"

A fix needs to be put in place to ensure that registered users can not be logged out, see the banner, click the banner, then log in (NOT REGISTER) and then have a chance of seeing the guided tour.

@Addshore For the external landing page: What has to be included in the Call to Action link from the landing page to the registration page in Wikipedia? Do we have to include the campaign tag?
