Page categorization entries should not be removed for deleted categories

Description

When an administrator deletes a category page, the corresponding page categorization entries in recent changes should not be removed.
In contrast, if a page that was added to or removed from the category was later deleted, the corresponding page categorization entry should of course be removed.

Yes, it looks like this is the case. The behaviour of the catwatch entries is currently different to the behaviour of regular pages. An example can be seen below where a deleted page is displayed in RC:
I'm not sure about the best behaviour here, I see value in keeping these lines.
