Geenien sheikah on Instagram: "Chocolate peanut butter parfait Follow @genie_cooks for more. 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 2 cups cottage cheese 1/4 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil 1/3 cup chopped nuts In the food processor add cottage cheese, peanut butter, and honey, and blend until smooth and fully combined. Spoon the mixture into six serving bowls. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments stirring in between until the chocolate is fully melted. Spoon the chocolate onto each parfait and top with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set then enjoy. .
