That strengthening the end range of motion was truly when the magic would happen ans hips would no longer feel stiff and restricted.

Our "end range of motion" is the maximum extent to which we can move a joint.

"End range of motion" for hip external rotation is the extent to which we can turn the top of our femur outwardly (ideally, we can rotate our femur 45 degrees when our hip is flexed at a 90 degree angle).

To improve our hip external rotation;

Step 1: Expand hip external rotation through stretching (I.e. figure 4 stretch, 90/90 stretch for hip ER, elevated pigeon stretch)

Step 2: Strengthen hip external rotation through "side lying hip external rotation lift offs"
