We're starting off with one can of crushed pineapple and one box of our angel food cake. It must be angel food cake. Mix that together and once it's well blended it should be fluffy and light. We're going to grab our nine by thirteen Pyrex dish and we're going to grease this with our olive oil. Pour all of our butter into our pan and then this is going to bake at 350 for 4five For our second cake, we're going to grab a can of strawberry pie filling and then another box of our angel food cake. Mix that together until fluffy just like the pineapple batter. We're going to do the same steps greasing our Pyrex dish and pouring the batter in there and then baking it at 350 for 45 minutes. Once these cakes come out, they're going to be light, fluffy, and delicious. Let me know which one you would try.

We're going to melt a stick of butter. Add in four tablespoons of cocoa. Okay. We already measured it out. One nice. To a bowl. Once the fruit comes to a bowl. Remove it. You're going to add a whole box or a pound of confectionate sugar. The good thing about this icing you can put it on when the cake is warm. Okay. Looks good. When the cake is look at that. Look at that. Look at that. There's no doubt I love it. Everyone's got to make this.

And we chose to do butter instead of oil because we heard that stuff is bad for your arteries. Am I right? It is. Yes. And I think butter will work well. Uh huh. One and one fourth cup of water. So And then. 4 eggs. Four butt nuggets. I don't know if anybody ever know country eggs are a lot. Now we're going to take this and mix all of this together. Look at that nice mix. Yeah see the eggs yeah get make sure you get them good and mixed up. Mhm. Now we're going to get our bundt cake pan. Ooh nice. Make sure you spray it real good. We're using what? The bacon powder spray? Yes. Got that? Nice. And then we're going to pour our ooh. In here. And in this one you might have too much batter so you're going to want to what do we want to do Kim here? Which one? I just want a little bit over half. Half yeah. You need more than that though. And it's super thick. It is thick. And to bake this at 3 fifty. Uh huh. For about 40 minutes we'll check it with the toothpick. Okay. Four zero. Alright, Kim. Okay. Let's see what we got in here. It smells good. Oh, look at that. Pour it's one cup. Pour it into your sauce pan. Let it boil. Then we're going to add our chocolate chips. Chocolate chips. This is chocolate ginachie homemade. Yes. Alright so we got that nice and boiling nice. Yes. Now that it's boiling you're going to turn it off. So turn that and we're going to grab some of these. What are we using here? Ate a 12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate marshal. From Publex. Now pour it in here. And then it says set for 5 minutes. Don't touch it, right? Don't touch it. It says set it for 5 minutes and then we'll whisk it together. Okay, now we're going to take the junacci where you haven't stirred it yet. We got about a minute left on it. Just like that and we're going to get our little cake and we're going to flip it in. Yes. Okay. Set that right here. Uh huh. Pans operate with me. Come on do it. Dear Lord please let this cake sit. We got cake on the bottom. I mean cake mix on that bottom. Oh Ken. Use my old faithful butter. That's an old faithful. Look at that beautiful. It feels wonderful. Smells wonderful. Look at that. Alright. It's kind of spotted. Let's stir Ginocci. What does that mean? I don't know. It just looks I guess where the bread needs. Okay. This is the Ginocci. Whisk it together here. So you do around the sides right here and then you do in the middle. Then you pour all the extra. It says right in the middle. In the middle yes. Oh there we go. There you go. Kim you can put a little more on that girl. We're gotta cover the cake somehow. Okay. There you go. There we go. Look at that. That is Okay then we're going to just pour the extra we need some more Ginachi over here on this side. We need there's a big there's a big thing right here. Yep. There there we go. There we go. One we haven't tried before. That was one yellow cake mix. This is one cup of water. To that way we're adding 3 eggs. And then a third of a cup of butter. Okay. Now, we're just going to mix. Now we want to pour it into a nine by 13 greased pan. We're going to bake this first and then do something else to it. Sounds good. Okay into the oven we go. It is preheated on three fifty. And this is going to bake 34 to 38 minutes. But we'll check it a little before. Okay it's been 33 minutes with our oven. And I did test it with a toothpick which came out clean. So it is done. But we are going to let this guy cool for just a little bit and we'll come back and do some more. Now let a cake has cooled for about 15 minutes. We're using the end of this wooden spoon and we're going to poke holes in it. Now what is that for? We're going to be adding something to this that is delicious. And then it's going to go down in there huh? That's the idea. Nice. Yep. Now we're making our filling. This is going to be two small French vanilla. Almost said French onion. That would be nice. That would not be good. French vanilla instant puddings. And we're going to do four cups of milk. That's a lot. It is. But it's a big cake. So we got two. Still haven't got that four cup measure yet. Getting on this one. That looks about right. And now we mix it up. Okay, now we want to start pouring the pudding over top of the cake and the recipe said to do about half. So, we'll do that. And just mix it around first. And start forcing it down in those holes. Okay now we want to pour the whole thing on there. Let's see how that does. We want to leave some room for a really good topping. Mm. And I forgot to mention we did stick the cake in the fridge for a little bit. The recipe didn't say to do that. But we did. Well just to make sure it wasn't too warm right? Yeah we did another poke cake before and it said to. So we found a happy sure. Why not? I'm going to do just a And then we're just going to put this in the fridge, right? This goes in the fridge for two hours. Okay. Yep. Okay, now we're going to work on a ganache. Ooh, sounds good. Never made that. I'm sure there's different variations. This one calls for one and a half cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips and one and a quarter cups heavy cream. Nice. Just stir this up. And then it's going in the microwave for about 2 minutes. We'll stir and do about another minute and a half. Alright we did do an extra minute and just stirring it up and it seems to be pretty well incorporated and smooth. And so now the directions say wait five to 10 minutes before we add it on top of our cake. Alright. Now, we're supposed to start spreading this around. Gonna do it quickly. Cuz then we gotta get it back in the fridge. Yeah exactly. It looks so good. Mm. Well that's really filling up that mhm. I have no problem with that. Mm mm. Looks good. Okay. Back to the fridge it goes and the ganache should thicken and get fudgy. Once it cools. Sounds good. Alright. It is done. You can see there's a couple pieces missing. You can see the pudding layer in there. Mm my mouth is watering right now. This is one of my favorites is Boston cream. Look at the pudding layer. You can see it drizzled in that poke hole a little bit. Yes. Kinda hard to tell because the cake mix is yellow also. So we know it looks good. Mm. Okay. However. Now I can't believe I'm letting you eat. Well okay you can have this piece and then I can have the rest. You could have tasted it. Well I have this whole cake. I could just kind of you know Mm. That's good. Is it? Mhm. Okay well I don't even know why I'm asking because I'm about to try it myself. Yeah it tastes like a Boston Cream Donut. I'm excited. You're going to love it. We're starting off with a cup and a half of pecans. Two sticks of butter and a half a cup of sugar in our pot on medium heat. We're going to let that boil down until we get a nice consistency. We're going to pour our pecan mixture into our loaf pan that we greased. Once we have our pecan mixture in there, we're going to flatten it down and I'm going to bring in a glass bowl and my butter recipe Yellow cake mix. Any cake mix will work for this. We're going to use that whole box of cake mix and then one whole jar of apple sauce. I'm using the cinnamon apple sauce but you can use whatever apple sauce you like. Mix those together until you get a cake batter consistency. We're going to pour our cake batter into our loaf pan covering those pecans. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. Flip it over and there you go. So yummy. Enjoy.
