The strategy of creative thinking and its impact on the development of the performance of workers in medical institutions in Nablus governorate
The aim of this research was to identify the strategy of creative thinking and its impact on the development of the performance of workers in medical institutions in Nablus governorate. It also aimed at identifying the effect of each variable (gender, qualification, occupation, number of years of experience) on the creative thinking and its role on the development of worker performance in these institutions.
To achieve the objective of the research, the descriptive approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was developed and verified. It was distributed to the community of workers in the Palestinian medical institutions in Nablus, which numbered 425 employees (16%). After the collection of questionnaires, data were analyzed and processed statistically using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software.
Several results were found including that there is a role for creative thinking in developing the performance of employees in medical institutions in Nablus governorate depending on the field of employee competencies. This is explained by the fact that the employees have the professional skill and technical knowledge required to perform the work, as the creative thinking provides the staff with the technical skill and the ability to work, which improve the employees’ dedication when performing their duties. Also, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the arithmetic averages of the role of creative thinking in the development of the performance of workers in medical institutions in Nablus Governorate according to the variables (gender, academic qualification, occupation, number of years of experience).
Accordingly, the research recommended that there is a need for Palestinian medical institutions to develop the creative thinking skills of their employees in order to reach high levels that enable them to develop their performance as well as to face administrative and organizational problems, and to develop a clear strategy in health institutions based on accurate criteria to detect the talented, and to train them to provide qualified human resources capable of investing their creative energies in the development of job performance.

The study used the systems analysis approach, and the descriptive/analytical and legal approach in testing the validity of Its thesis. The study concluded that the Syrian crisis and its developments since 2011 proved the inability and the failure of the UN Security Council in serving its role of maintaining international Security and peace in addition to protecting the civilians in Syria from the killing, displacement and the exodus. The decisions taken by the council concerning the Syrian crisis, were mostly compromises between the United States and Russia, and didn’t represent or express the role of the UN Security Council and its obligations in protecting international security and peace. As a result of the incompatibility between the permanent members of the council (Russia and China) who support the Syrian Regime, and the United States, Britain, and France who were in support of the Opposition, the UN Security Council was unable to make decision which contributed in ending the conflict in Syria without aggravating it.

In addition to explaining the backgrounds and factors that contributed to eliciting a conflict between the minority and majority within the Iraqi society. It also sought to validate its' hypothesis, which states: There is a correlative relationship between managing the ethnic diversity in Iraq and the escalation of conflict between the minority and majority in Iraq. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the following approaches were adopted: Systematical Analysis approach, in addition to using the descriptive/analytical approach to discuss the reality of the relationship between the minority and the majority and its reflection on the political stability in Iraq. The study concluded that the Iraqi society components are characterized by a high degree of self-polarization in each sect (Shiites-Sunnis-Kurds) as well as the desire to assert their own identity. This in turn contributed to deepening the state of political polarization, consolidating it and isolated the Iraqi components from each other. The continuation of the division between the Sunnis and Shiites in Iraq is the result of the failure to start successful processes to build the country and exclusionary policies that have characterized the country's modern history. A turbulent environment, weak government institutions, Islam's political influences and the geopolitical rivalry have strengthened sectarianism in Iraq.
