Véronique Bommier
I am the main author of a theory of polarized radiative scattering in spectral lines and in the presence of a magnetic field (Bommier, 1997, A&A, 328, 706 & 726, and 2016, A&A, 591, A59). This theory was developed within the atomic density matrix formalism for atom and radiation. The development is finally non-perturbative. I have developed a code for it XTAT. The first application was for solar prominence magnetic field measurements by Hanle effect interpretation (Bommier, 1980, A&A, 87, 109). I am also the author of solar photospheric magnetic field maps visible in http://lesia.obspm.fr/perso/veronique−bommier/ and prepared with the Milne-Eddington inversion code with magnetic filling-factor UNNOFIT (Bommier et al., 2007, A&A, 464, 323).
