Effortless Quesadillas, Made on a Sheet Pan | Effortless Quesadillas, Made on a Sheet Pan | By Foodie's Time | We're going to pour our refried beans directly on top of our tortillas here. Now, you can use whatever kind of beans you want. I just really love refried beans in a quesadilla and we're just going to spread these out on these tortillas and these are the jumbo burrito-sized tortillas and once your beans are spread out, we're going to put our taco meat down. This is just a pound of taco meat, ground beef. I think I used an 8515 mixed with some taco seasoning and we're just going to spread this on top of our beans and this already smells delicious. So, you can customize this however you want. You can put onions in it, peppers, all that good stuff. You can also do fajita chicken, steak, you name it. We have our great looking layer of taco meat down. We're going to put some diced green chilis on top because it provides just a little bit of heat and delicious flavor. That looks really good. Now, we're going to use our favorite cheese. This is the Mexican cheese blend We're just going to dump an entire bag all over the top. This is about two cups of cheese. So Mexican and Colby Jack. Yeah. We're also going to use a little Colby Jack cheese on top. Probably another cup and a half. We want this thing to be really cheesy. Just like that. Now we're going to fold the sides first. And then we're going to place two more tortillas down. Oh. One, two. There we go and fold these sides here. Just like this. Look at how good this looks you guys. This is like something you would get. It's like a sheet. Yeah. It's a sheet. It's a sheet pan. It is a sheet pan. Alright, once we have our tortillas folded, we're going to brush on a little bit of melted butter. This serves two purposes. One, it's going to kind of bind everything together. Two, it's going to taste delicious. We have about a third stick of butter melted here and that looks really good. Alright. Now, to weigh this thing down, we're going to put another cookie sheet on top. We're going to pop this into a 350degree oven for 30 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, we're going to take this off and crisp the top, come back in assembly our toppings. Alright, our quesadilla done and look how good they look. Those things are crispy. We're just going to slice this into eight delicious quesadillas. Just use a pizza cutter here. I like the corner pieces. What about you babe? I love the corner pieces. My wife is a corner piece fiend. So we're going to each get a corner piece and I'm going to grab this piece here and look at how good that looks you guys. We're going to top it off. Little bit of sour cream. Little bit of guacamole, and serve with some salsa on the side. Let's take a bite. Really hot. That is delicious. Crispy tortillas, golden brown. You've got the beans, the meat, the cheese, the green chili. This is delicious. You guys have to make this today.
