Working on strength and mobility in the shoulders and upper back can help to improve posture, decrease pain, and prevent injuries in those areas. It can also help get rid of that feeling of “knots” between your shoulder blades.

Try this exercise to work on strength and mobility. Start with 2-3 sets of 5-8 reps.
