15min · 10 servings Ingredients: • 1 lb tomatillos, husks removed • 4-5 garlic cloves • 1 Poblano or Serrano pepper (or substitute jalapeño instead) • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro • Sea salt to taste • 1 Tsp Black pepper • 1/2 lime Directions: • Preheat oven to 425 degrees • Remove husks then rinse the tomatillos under warm water • Place tomatillos, garlic, peppers in baking dish and roast for 15 minutes or until tomatillos begin to brown • Allow to cool slightly then place in blender with cilantro, lime, salt and pepper • Blend well then bring out the chips and enjoy!
