Both articles are derivatives of a larger study that discusses God as the centre of an often inarticulate and inchoate but innate human desire and pursuit to enjoy and reflect the divine image (imago Dei) in which every human being was created. The current article sets forth foundational considerations and speaks to the ineffaceable drive within humans to find God. It is a reciprocated drive – a response to God who first sought and continues to seek humans – a correlate and concomitant seeking in response to God. Although surely not the final word, this article discusses God as spirit and spiritual, by whom human beings have been created as imago Dei or God’s self-address, showing God’s heart as toward his creation, and humans most especially. Also discussed here is that humans are destined to join the perichoretic relationship that God has enjoyed from ...

The purpose of this article is to affirm the human elemental pursuit, as God’s intent, to fulfil this created, intrinsic human desire in the now, or what is referred to here as proleptic, spiritual transformation (PrōST). Moreover, the primary aim of this article suggests investigation of whether individuals must wait for the afterlife to have purification and spiritual transformation fully or largely ‘worked out’. That is, the eventual would demonstrate that PrōST, an experience of transformation and kingdom life, usually reserved for heaven in eternity, is greatly available today.

I understand that if at any time it is shown that I have significantly misrepresented material presented to Potchefstroom Campus of North-West University, SA, any degree or credits awarded to me on the basis of that material may be revoked. God is at the centre of an, often inarticulate, innate human desire and pursuit to enjoy and reflect the divine image in which every human being was created. The purpose of this research project is to affirm that human elemental pursuit as God‘s intent to fulfill this created, intrinsic human desire in the now or, what is referred to in this doctoral thesis as, proleptic spiritual transformation (PrōST). It seems that the world, and the extent, of spiritual transformation range from an etiolated theology to experiential fullness. Considered herein is God‘s heart, in ...

Many agnostics, atheists, and scientists have also given considerable attention to the subject even if only with the intent to disprove such a claim. The conjectures and arguments from various angles have occupied both the mediocre and great throughout the history of Christianity since the ascension of Christ.

This paper begins a clear and unambiguous presentation of who Christ was in eternity past, whom Christ was when he walked the Earth, and what Christ came to do. Christ’s incarnational life, death, resurrection, and ascension are the foundation of Christology. Without these four events Christology looses its universal reconciliation (Gk. aποκατάστασις πάντως) for all of creation, and Christianity falls into ruin.
The claim that Christ died to reconcile the world rests upon who Christ is. That is, Christology will inform Christian beliefs regarding the all-important work, acceptance, status, and accessibility of aποκατάστασις πάντως as provided by Christ. To be wrong here is to miss the mark and to believe an invention or myth.
Although human words are inadequate, divine revelation in the Bible, as debated and establish by councils, creeds, and doctrine, make great, progressive attempts. As discussed here these include Jesus Christ as the second person of the Trinity, the Messiah, pre-existence, and co-equality with the Father and Spirit, incarnation, fully God and fully man (the God-man). Jesus lived as a man in every way except that he was without sin. By living without sin, Jesus became the victor to reconcile the world. His resurrection was a seal of God’s acceptance of that victory. He ascended to the right hand of God the Father, and he will soon return to receive his redeemed and have all put under his feet and made right.
The following is a small survey. Full listing and consideration of all Christology has filled thousands of books, lectures, and fueled multitudinous debates. Christology has occupied the greatest Christian minds for millennia and will continue to do so until Christ returns.

However, data show that this natural progression is sometimes frustrated; and
therefore, a basic premise of this thesis is that God does not leave his disciples to their own devices but encourages transformation and provides the means for its development. What is more, this work emphasizes that Christian disciples are, in the new birth, spiritually inclined to God’s call and provision for transformation. The direction of this work is rooted in the two greatest commandments to love God and to love man (Matthew 22:36-39). It is in obedience to Jesus’ commission to make disciples (Matthew 28:19)—equipping them for the work of ministry, building the church, and finishing well the race set before them—to which this present work is directed. Spiritual transformation is the God-intended development of Christians for kingdom living in love. In support, this work examines the evidences for Christian spiritual transformation and kingdom living. The research and observations of this study reveal a great need within the church for life-renewal through spiritual transformation, therefore, the need and emphasis of this thesis. The present work argues that Christian spiritual transformation involves knowing oneself honestly, openly, and truthfully before the living God. And therefore, it argues that practices aimed at spiritual transformation facilitate intimacy and obedience to God through a spiritual walk. Spiritual transformation is discussed as a development of the whole person. Although this research employs a historico-grammatical hermeneutic (interpretation), related experiential outcomes are heavily weighted.
Finally, this work argues for a life that is best lived in touching the lives of others and the world in general, by and with the loving power of God, and what that might look like (1 Corinthians 2:13; 14:37; 2 Corinthians 3:18; Galatians 5:25; Ephesians 2:22). This thesis concludes with a challenge to Christ’s church to facilitate
a passionate response to God’s call and provision."

Wonderfully, the author asserts, it is God's intention to fulfill this intrinsic human desire in the present in all of us and universally. This desire is an often inarticulate, innate desire and pursuit to enjoy and reflect the divine image in which every human being was created. In this book, this pursuit is referred to as proleptic spiritual transformation (PrōST). That is, this book demonstrates that what is too often relegated to eternity is available now.
Relationship is the Transformative Space considers God's heart, in relationship, and its
implication toward human spirituality and how this intent has been interrupted and restored. God is actively interested in the recovery of a fully expressed image in humanity.
