Most art teachers make demonstrations in the classroom but rarely value the outcomes as part of their art practice. The research argues that this work can be seen as a 'lost' or under valued form of art practice that can be reclaimed and re-valued. In this research the demonstration is relocated into the centre of an art practice. Work made by the teacher and pupils are exhibited in gallery spaces and the teacher's art practice is exhibited in the school to present both in unfamiliar contexts.
