The focus is knee strengthening through standing hip activation + hip flexor endurance + dynamic stretching/strength. Using the wood dowel for an assist with balance as well as feedback during rotation. 🔑 TIPS : keep your hips over your knees during the tracking exercise (slide 3). Try not to push the carriage with the weight of your body. Only add rotation once you’re comfortable with the movement. During slide 4, don’t focus on a straight front leg. You’re working through the knee joint with strength not snap! As always listen to your body. IF you have existing knee issues, only do what feels g
