PINK SUSHI - fun & easy party food! BEETS SUSHI
20min · 1 serving Ingredients: • 1 cup of cooked sushi rice • 2 Cooked red beets • Sushi seaweed • 2 mango sticks • 2 cucumber sticks • 2 slices of fresh salmon •1 tablespoon chopped chives Grind the beets well until liquid is obtained. • Mix the beetroot liquid together with the cooked rice. • On a sushi mat wrapped in plastic wrap, place seaweed, add the rice to the seaweed, flatten and tighten the rice well and turn the seaweed upside down. • Place the mango, cucumber, salmon and roll tightly. • Cut with a wet sharp knife (each cut should be cleaned with a wet towel) and place the sushi on a plate / tray. • Place chopped chives on the sushi and enjoy 🍣
