💗Beef marinate: ❤︎︎1/2- 1lb sliced beef of choice, I use flank steak ❤︎︎1 tbsp oyster sauce ❤︎︎1/2 tosp soy sauce ❤︎︎1 tsp dark soy sauce ❤︎︎1 tsp sugar ❤︎︎1/2 tsp ground black pepper ❤︎︎1/4 tsp baking soda ❤︎︎2lbs fresh rice noodles, wide cut (1 pack) ❤︎︎1/2lb Chinese broccoli3 ❤︎︎3 eggs ❤︎︎2 tbsp oyster sauce ❤︎︎1 tbsp sweet soy sauce ❤︎︎1 tbsp dark soy sauce ❤︎︎1 tbsp sugar ❤︎︎1/2 tbsp soy sauce ❤︎︎1/2 tbsp seasoning sauce (or soy sauce but seasoning does change the flavor for the better!) ❤︎︎1 tsp ground black pepper ❤︎︎2-3 tbsp cooking oil, canola ❤︎︎+1/2 tbsp dark soy to coat noodles.
