HIdden Treasure Cookies

Back in June we were at my Brother and Sister-in-law's house for my Brother's 30th birthday. My sister-in-law, Adrienne, made the BEST cookies! They were so good. Light, flaky, cookie dough, surrounding a smooth as silk Hershey Kiss, and lightly dusted with powdered sugar and cocoa powder. They were melt in your mouth amazing.
