I learned this in New York! | I learned this in New York! I put the best twist on nachos for game day. | By Justine’s Kitchen | This is just my party size Doritos. We are making a perfect game day dish with our favorite chips. Just kind of crush them down so we get lots of room in here. Perfect. Now, I have some ragu pizza sauce. You can use whatever pizza sauce you like. You can even make some homemade pizza sauce. You can even make homemade tortilla chips, whatever you want. We're going to use two bottles of this so we can fill cover up all of our chips. Yummy. The sauce smells so good. I don't know about you guys but I love anything ragu whether it's pizza sauce or marinara. It is my favorite. Okay, we got those two bottles cleared out. Now, we're going to give this a little seasoning. We have some Italian seasoning which will just pair so perfectly with that marinara. Now, we are making a spin on some nachos today but this is not going to be like any other nachos you've ever had before. These are the best nachos ever. They're just everything you want for game day. Okay, once we get a good amount of Italian seasoning on there. We are going to add our red pepper flakes because I like my nachos to have a little bit of heat but this is optional if you don't want heat you can totally skip this you could you know add some black pepper instead but I am bringing the heat today looks so good you guys okay I think that's enough now I have some pizza shredded cheese which is just parmesan and mozzarella and we are going to sprinkle that right on top of that seasoning and that pizza sauce yum Now, I know what you're thinking. That's not enough cheese and you know what? You're right which is why I have some more cheese coming but this time to get some more coverage, I'm going to use slices of cheese, mozzarella, the best cheese. Now, if you can't tell what I'm doing now, well, you better figure it out. So, we're going to do slices of mozzarella right on top of that shredded cheese. Just put it sporadically on top of those chips. It doesn't need to be perfect as long as chip gets a little cheese on it. I am happy. Just quickly get those on there. This is going to be delicious. You could use, you know, more Parmesan. You can use a white cheddar. You can use a regular cheddar, a Kobe Jack. The the options are endless with this game day snack and this is going to feed a big crowd. If all your husband's friends are coming over, this is what you're going to want to make for them. They will want you to be their if you make this for them. Yummy. Okay, let's get one more slice of cheese on there and then I think we're going to be happy. Oh, Ella wants some cheese. Now, I know what you're thinking. Too much cheese? Never. We're going to do some Parmesan cheese which is my favorite since we add that extra mozzarella. We gotta even it out with the Parmesan. This is just the grated stuff that you find right next to the pizza sauce. Look how delicious this looks. Now, for the best part and I'm going to tell you my secret now, we are making pizza nachos. So, of course, with pizza, you have to have pepperoni. Now, if you're a vegetarian, you could totally skip the pepperonis. You could add whatever your favorite pizza toppings are. You could do pineapple and ham. If you like Hawaiian pizza, you can do a meat lovers with sausage and bacon. You could do like a barbecue chicken pizza. You could do barbecue sauce with chicken and onion and garlic and what ever you want but we are just going to go crazy with this and put all the pepperoni on here because pepperoni is my favorite pizza ingredient and you know, my fiance really likes it as well. So, it's a win-win in my house. I'm really going to try to cover up these nachos the best I can so that we can get all of that pungent flavor in there. Oh my goodness. Now, I don't know how you make pepperoni but if you want to make your own homemade pepperoni, that sounds incredible and a you make homemade pepperoni, send me some. You know, message me and let me know where or when you can send me your homemade pepperoni. Okay, we're almost done here. Just get all of this covered up and then I have one more ingredient and then this is going in the oven to melt all those cheeses and just be the most delicious thing you've ever eaten. Okay. Just right there. That looks perfect. Now, my fiance's favorite pizza toppings are pepperoni and mushroom. So, of course, gotta put that on there for him. He would not eat this if it didn't have mushrooms and you can do fresh mushrooms if you want. I don't really like how all those juices are going on there but this is for him and not me so he'll have to deal with that. Okay, that looks perfect. My oven is set to 375 and this is going to cook for 15 minutes. Look at this. My goodness. Okay, you guys. It is time to get some of this. Oh, I'm just going to use my tongs and just grab as much as you want. Oh, these chips are nice and crispy. That cheese is just fully melted. That looks so good. Okay, let's give this a try. Make sure you get some of that cheese and that sauce. Whoo. It's hot. Football just got better.

The best appetizer snack. | The best appetizer snack. | By Ryan R | We have our special cutting tool to cut some pickles into our nine by 13 pan. We have about six pickles diced up in here. Next we have some panko Italian style bread crumbs. This is going to add the nice texture and crunch to this special meal we're making. If you've ever made this before it is amazing. And I've never tried this before so. Next, we have some butter and we're going to take our special butter cutter and just put it on top. By the looks of it, it looks like we're making some type of dump cake but it is not a dump cake. It is even better than a dump cake. I love using these scissors. They are really useful actually. Um and the butter is to taste. I love butter. I think butter goes great on everything. So if you haven't if you can't tell by watching my videos. We're going to cook it in the oven. 350. Next we have our cream cheese. We're going to use two blocks of cream cheese. We're going to make this extra creamy. If you know what I'm making let me know in the comments. If you're new here let me know what city you're from. And we're going to add some I love dill. Dill tastes amazing. And if you don't like dill and I think something's wrong with you because it tastes fantastic. And you just haven't given it a shot. So I'm putting a ton of dill more than the recipe says. It's good. Next we're going to add some onion powder. Some organic onion powder. Trying to be a little healthy okay. Uh but that's just about a tablespoon. And some sour cream. Now we are going to use this one cup tool and put two cups. Doesn't have to be perfect. But if you like doing things perfectly just do that. Put exactly two cups but this is about like a cup and something. Cup and three fourths. Alright. We have our minced garlic. I love garlic. Garlic is great. I put garlic on everything. And we're going to put a heaping teaspoon. Alright. And the best part. We're going to put some of the juice. From the pickles. Now you're supposed to put a tablespoon. I probably put like two or three. But I do love the juice in the the pickles. And this is just salt and pepper. I didn't want to have to break it up in front of you. So I just put it into a little heart shaped bowl and now we're going to mix it together. I have my super quiet wonderful Breville mixer. And it mixes it right up super fast. Super easy. This is an easy dip guys. I love it. It's a fried pickle dip. It tastes amazing. Um and I really enjoyed it. And I hope you enjoy it too. And if you don't enjoy it let me know in the comments. I'd love to hear all your crazy crazy comments. So we're going to put that in the fridge as we get our pickles out. And the pickles were in the oven for about 10 minutes. It's just to kind of crisp up the panko not to like cook anything. And you're supposed to mix all this up but I was kind of going with the whole like dump cake looking theme. So I wanted like a layered dip so I just spread it out over the top real nice and easy. Make it nice and pretty. If you're taking this to family, you can make it pretty if you're eating it at home. Uh this is too pretty because you're going to eat it immediately so like what's all the the fuss? We'll try and make it look nice. Alrighty. Now, to just make it look pretty on top, we're going to add some panko bread crumbs just so it doesn't look like we're eating a whole block of cream cheese in a pan and we're going to put some more pickles. I love this tool. I'll show you how I use it. It like holds the vegetable in place a lot better which is kind of cool and I enjoy it. I like using it. It's my new kitchen scissors. If you don't like using scissors in the kitchen, you Most likely you don't cook enough to be honest. Or you just only see cooking on TV. And you don't really cook. But look at that. Looks fantastic. Gonna put a little bit more dill like I said. Love Dill. Dill's great. Fantastic. If you don't like Dill that's on you. There we go. Looks great. Nice simple dip. Um And instead of using chips I use these super soft pretzel bites. I put it in the oven for about 15 minutes. And they're like kind of hard on the outside. Soft on the inside. It goes great with this dip. So try using these any pretzel will do. Not the hard ones but like the ones you kind of heat up a little bit. Um taste so good with this. And again you could mix it up. But I just wanted that like layered effect for fun. And let's just plate it up. If I were to give this to some friends or my girlfriend I'll just plate it up like this. Give her like five or six pretzels. Give her a bunch of dip. Let's try it out. Cheers. I'm more of a a scoop. Less of a dip person so. So good.

Easy eggnog dessert! | Easy eggnog dessert! I make an eggnog dump cake for the holidays. | By Justine Kameron | Alright, we're starting off with 12 ounces of our eggnog in our greased tree pan. Next, I'm coming in with our box of white cake mix. You can use whatever cake mix you like. I just think the white is extra delicious and will go perfectly with this eggnog. It won't take away too much flavor and we are pouring that right on top. Wanna make sure it kind of just sits on top instead of sinks to it. So, this is going to be a gentle kind of sprinkle of the cake mix. Oh, that eggnog smells so delicious. Now, if you don't have a Christmas tree pan like me, just use our regular 13 by nine. These quantities will work just the same in a 13 by nine. Okay, let's make sure we get all of that out. Doesn't it smell so good, babe? Oh my gosh. I love the combination of these flavors. Oh, okay. Perfect. Now, we're just going to use our clean hands and kind of just make sure it gets in those points of the tree. We don't want to see any of that eggnog. Yummy. This is going to be so delicious. I personally love eggnog because it is spicy and delicious. And then in this dessert it's even better. Okay. Just flatten it out. I don't know you can even do anything like this. Oh yeah you'll see it comes out delicious. Remember it's eggs. Next I'm coming in with my butter that I cut into slices. And we're going to go ahead and grab our butter slices and place it right on top of that raw cake mix. Now we're not mixing anything. This is going to be like a dump cake. So we're just placing the butter right on top. And this will help make a crust with our eggnog. It is going to be so tasty. So easy. Perfect for Christmas Eve dessert or Christmas day dessert. It is just so delicious and anyone can make this dessert. That is the best art. Okay, let's go ahead and get our butter on here. You can use salted or unsalted but we're going to use about a stick and a half for this. Alright, now that we have our butter on there, I'm going to finish this off with a little bit of ground nutmeg. I'm just going to sprinkle this right on top. You could do cinnamon but I think nutmeg goes better with eggnog. Okay. Tis the season. Yeah, it's going to add some beautiful color on top. Alright, that looks perfect. My oven is set to 350 and this is going to bake for 50 minutes. Alright, while that's in the oven, I'm going to grab my chilled bowl and if you know me, you know I love a easy whipped topping. So, we're going to grab our heavy cream and we're going to add about a cup of heavy cream into our chilled bowl. I'm going to add a splash of vanilla. Perfect. And it's more than a splash. And then some powdered sugar. Did about a cup of powdered sugar. Now, we're going to get our hand mixer and we are going to mix this up until it is whipped cream. Where'd you get that cute apron? World Market, baby. Oh, wow. Oh my goodness. I cannot wait. This is going to taste so amazing with our eggnog dessert. You can even add some nutmeg and cinnamon into your whipped topping if you want but I'm going to keep it classic so that I can use it for multiple desserts but we're just going to whisk this up until it is nice and fluffy. Oh my god. Look how creamy this looks. We only whipped that up for like less than a minute, you guys. That one came together very fast. Alright, let's go ahead and check on our dessert in the oven. Our eggnog dump cake is ready. Whoo. It smells so good, you guys. Alright, so I've got my bowl here and we got our whipped topping that we're going to top it with after but let's go ahead. I'm going to go for the center. Look, it's solidified perfectly. Doesn't that look so good? Wow. The eggnog like absorbs into the ketones. Yeah. Beautiful. I think I need a little bit more than that huh? Just a little side piece. Like me. Okay and then we're going to just grab our whipped topping and do a big scoop right on top. Doesn't it look delicious? I'm so jealous you're about to eat this right now. Don't worry you'll get the second bowl. Looks so good. Is it good? So good. Mmm. Oh my gosh. Babe, you're going to love this. Well, I'm excited. I want to try.

This recipe will be a staple of all your get... | By Andy and Becky | Those are our favorite Ritz crackers. The original kind. Onto my favorite kind of cheese, sliced mozzarella, coconut, and one per. Push it right on it and right on top of that cracker. I absolutely love mozzarella. This is such a fun, easy recipe. I can't wait for you to see how this turns out. It's a good start to a Italian dish. Yes, huh? Exactly. Do you remember when we found out about this one? We didn't have any bread. So, we used the Ritz. Yes. That was fun. We are on vacation but we didn't have bread. Alright. We have a big slice of buffalo mozzarella. Okay. Now, find your favorite pizza sauce or marinara and you're just going to put a dollop right on top. Just like so. You still want to see that cheese. And that's going to probably cook down a little bit. Yeah for sure. And I'm going to go ahead and do my own special favorite row. Cuz you know me. Oh wait we're not doing all red sauce huh? No. Mm mm. Oh. So I'm going to kind of break it up here. Because I have to have my pesto. Oh. I'm a torn person on this one. Sometimes I just want little variety. Little goes a long way though. It's a great color though. Oh it's so good. Pesto is my favorite. Oh it's just smells like spring to me. I just love it. Alright. Now right on top believe it or not. We're going to go in with some dry cheese. Parmesan. Parmesan radiano. I don't have a ton so I'm just going to make sure that I even it out. Just right out with that. And because that motz is probably going to melt down pretty nice too right? What does everyone think they're going to like more? The tomato or the pesto? I'm kind of a tomato guy. You love tomatoes. I don't know. You love tomatoes too but. I do but I like the pesto in this one, remember? I'm giving it away. Gonna add a little bit more seasoning right on top. Just some Italian herbs. And you you don't have to do it with the cracker. But it really gives a nice base. But if you're like keto or something you don't have to have that. Don't forget the pepper. I think I forgot to put it out. My bad. It's okay. We like crack. Also, alright. So, this is going to go right into the oven. How high? I have it at four twenty-five. Okay. Yeah, pretty high. Real quick. Alright. So that was 425 for about 8 minutes. Now it's super hot. You just want to let it rest. Okay, these have been sitting so it's nice and rested. I can't wait to get into it. They're super easy to get into. Just pop 'em open. Yum and you know, I'm going for that pesto first. Gotta get into it. Let me see that ritz under there. Look at. Oh my gosh. It's perfect. Mm. Can I see the inside? So much flavor. Just all that moss cheese. The pesto. Italian. Mm mm mm. Technically. I love these. Is it vegetarian? Wow. Are you going to try the red? I'm still eating this one but yeah. Alright. Time for the red one AKA. I think that's marinara. I think it was pizza sauce. Anyway. That one came together a little more. A little better. Ah. So I was right. I think I like yours. Mm. So good. Yum.
