Ingredients : Boiled Potatoes - 2-3 nos Cumin Pwd - 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala - to Taste Rock Salt - to Taste Curd - 1/2 Cup Red Chilly Pwd - 1/2 Tsp Sprouts - 1/4th Cup Onion - 2-3 Tbsps Green Chutney - 1/4th Cup Imli Chutney - 2 Tbsps Sev - Garnish Pomegranate Seeds - Garnish Mint & Coriander Leaves - Garnish Process : * In a bowl, add boiled & chopped potatoes with some rock salt, chaat masala and cumin pwd - mix & add this as the bottom most layer in your serving bowl * Top it up with a generous layer of the whisked curd - I have seasoned the curd with some rock salt & red chilli pwd * Next, add in some sprouts
