Rajasthani Bharwan besan Mirch  Bharwan Besan Mirch   भरवाँ बेसन मिर्च  A delicious Rajasthani side dish, Bharwan Besan Mirch is a household favourite!   • Authentically it is made with a typical light green coloured chilly found in Rajasthan which is less hot & has got a thinner coat but you can make it with any thick green chilly. Will taste just like heaven !   • Recipe:   • Slit the green chillies & take out some seeds to make a cavity. Roast 2 cups of besan in 2 teaspoon of oil. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, heeng, garlic crushed with fennel seeds, salt, lemon juice & mix well. Stuff the mirchis with this filling & cook in oil on low flame while covering the lid.  • Keep flipping for 10 mins & its done!   • This goes with almost everything - Dal chawal, rot
