Brûlée Without torch | no blow torch, no problem, here's how to!
Here's an easy way to brulee without a torch. Caramelize sugar over stove top and pour a thin layer over any dessert to make it extra yummy. It gives a rich, nutty flavor to the dessert ✨ I brûléed my Phirni the other day and it turned out gorgeous. Ingredients : 3-4 tbsp sugar * heat sugar in a thick bottomed pan. • * keep the flame at the lowest. • * sugar will start to turn brown. • * keep stirring to melt the sugar evenly • * at this stage, everything will be sticky and things will be happening extra fast. • * as soon as your sugar reaches a dark amber color, it's done. • * quickly pour over your dessert otherwise it'll continue to get charred in the hot pan • * it'll set quickly No torch creme Brûlée #desserts @gulnarsrecipes • @gulnarsrecipes #dessertlovers #foodlov
