✨WATER✨ Water will change your life! How much water should you drink? 1/2-3/4oz for every 1lb of body weight each day. So if you weigh 150lbs that’s 75-127oz of water each day! Drinking water used to be really hard for me, but here are some tips that made a big difference for me! ✨Use a hydrojug or big water bottle Knowing I only had to drink that one water bottle was less intimidating and easier to keep track of! ✨Use a straw I just drink more or any drink when it’s out of a straw 🤷🏻‍♀️ This isn’t for everyone but it helps me a ton! ✨Start your morning with water I want to drink more water throughout the day when I start with water. Just 8oz in the morning can kickstart your day!
