Probability theory can deal with uncertainty up to a certain limit. After Newtonian mechanics, physicists along with mathematicians were trying to formulate a wide variety of theories of probability. Today also there exist relative frequency theory and the personalistic or subjectivist theory which are among the most popular ones but probability theory demands equally likely and mutually exclusive outcomes as well. Actual real world problems like optimization of laser drilling time of circuit boards, cannot be solved by the theories of probability though having uncertainty. Uncertainty is in another way just the inverse of information we have about any system. The more complex a system becomes, the less certain we can be in proper analysis of that system, its formulation and solution. Imprecise human reasoning forms the basis of our initial understanding of most physical processes but computers should be provided with precise and quantified quantities of information. The efficacy of fuzzy logic can be judged in this criterion. This context is for analyzing and ascertaining the optimality of using fuzzy logic along with genetic algorithm, while minimizing the laser drilling time of circuit boards.

Image forgery is used not only for political, social or financial gain but also for defamation, harassment and also a part of various other cybercrimes. One of the most common types of image forgery is the copy-move forgery where a part of the image is copied and pasted on another region of the same image. This is mostly done either to highlight an object in the image of to hide or delete an object in the image. There are various techniques to detect these type of image forgery and are commonly referred to as Copy Move Forgery Detection (CMFD). In this paper a review of the basic CMFD algorithm based on Discrete Cosine Transformation (DCT) proposed by Fridrich et. al [1] is given. The algorithm performs robust block matching and exhibit good results and is the basis of many other CMFD algorithms.

An efficient way to maintain the communication between nodes is to divide a network into several subnetworks, called clusters. We have developed a new clustering algorithm and applied our method for the controller placement in software‐defined networks (SDNs). Placing a controller in its appropriate location by balancing the loads and optimizing the latency even in case of a failure scenario becomes a challenging task. Thus, we have proposed a multi‐controller placement algorithm that can minimize the average (Sw‐Co) latency in such a way that the network switches are fairly distributed over clusters. This distribution helps to balance loads of switches among controllers even in the case of a controller failure scenario. We have also simulated three other existing algorithms for comparison. Experiment results show that our algorithm is a cost‐effective solution as compared with oth...

So far, no attempt has been made to integrate the works for a concrete computational output. In this paper we particularly emphasize on bringing works on morphological analysis in the frame, with the goal to produce a Kokborok-dictionary, as well as Machine Translator, which will provide a unified base to fit into already developed universal conversion systems of UNL. We explain the ...

In this review paper, we explain about various types of controlling method of dc-dc buck converter for closed loop feedback system. The study is focused on various specified application such as wireless network, computer server, computer CPU, telephonic system etc. Here we consider about linear, nonlinear, voltage control, current control, and switch mode controller for design the closed loop system. In linear controlling method, we consider about PID controller, its tuning process, and finding other system parameter. But linear systems fails to work properly in real-time applications, hence we have to think about nonlinear controller and due to this reason, we consider switching mode controller, Hysteretic current and voltage mode controller etc.

In such a situation, we needed a robust adaptive control system, which will provide satisfactory performance of the buck converter over a widely varying load. This design can execute by proposed a control scheme, which will estimate the error and modified the load output to desire voltage with a least possible time. In this paper the switching frequency is 1 MHz for designing the DC-DC Buck converter circuit. Proposed control design is based on the PID controller which changing its Ki (Integral constant), Kp (proportional constant), Kd (derivative constant) value, for getting require dc voltage. Here we describe the various controlling mode of PID controller for design a robust DC-DC Buck converter.

Some research on this language has been done so far from the linguistic point of view. But there is a difference between the analysis of the language based on the literature and study based on the cultural foundations like finding characteristic of Christian Kokborok music. Some of the examples of the music research areas are music mood classification, music genre classification, music recommendation system. In this paper, we observed the Challenges regarding music mood classification for Christian Kokborok Music and proposed a mood taxonomy for Kokborok music. We show the partial sentiment dictionary which consists of sentimental words of the Bible along with their polarity and moods. And in the present task, we g...

In what follows the Heisenberg's scientific theory has been used to derive the expressions for the gate capacitance in Quantum MOSFET Devices manufactured from completely different technologically vital nonstandard materials by formulating the 2D electron statistics under very low temperature so that the Fermi function tends to unity. For numerical computations we take Cd3As2, the best quality very high mobility semiconductor and non-linear optical (e.g., CdGeAs2) compounds from which quantum MOSFET devices are made of by using all types of anisotropies of band structures in addition to splitting of bands due to large fields of the crystals inside the frame work of Kane's matrix methodology that successively generates new two dimensional electron energy versus wave vector relation for both low and very large externally ...
