If a company wants to survive, it should be able to compete well. The main purpose of this research is to measure the impact of brand equity and price variance upon consumer buying behavior. A questionnaire has been designed, distributed and filled up by participants from different place. 140 responses were received from total participants of 200 with 70 % response rate, where SPSS were used to analyze the data collected. The research was based on 6 hypotheses. They are brand equity, price, brand image, brand loyalty, social factors and consumer behavior. To calculate the value of this hypothesis we conducted a survey based on some questionnaires. We conducted to analysis such as hypothesis and correlation analysis. We found 5 null hypotheses which were accepted among 6 null hypotheses. And the finding also added that there is a strong correlation between brand equity and consumer buying behavior. Besides, we found that there is a positive relationship between price and consumer buying behavior. Therefore, brand equity and price variance have a significant impact on consumer buying behavior.

In order to investigate the phenomenon, the researchers evaluate the possible website elements that determine the correlation between website attributes and customer's satisfaction in e-commerce. 10 items based on questionnaire method using 5-point Likert scale was used. A total of 50 people were used based on purposive sampling. The findings were demonstrated by charts on the basis of which interpretations were deduced. The entire study concludes with suggestions and customization instructions to improve customer satisfaction in the sector of e-commerce.

Consumer satisfaction and perceived quality resulting after a service encounter have drawn a lot of attention in marketing research from an operative point of view. Thus multi-item scales have been developed in order to identify detailed elements that integrate customers' satisfaction judgement. However, these instruments have limitations to know the reasons that explain the evaluation of the service experience. More exactly, marketing research has been mostly focused on the detection of effective aspects of quality and satisfaction. Though, little attention has been devoted to the cognitive organization of the structure of the evaluation judgement in the customers' mind. Therefore, customers' decisions depend on the expected capacity of service to provide desired consequences and values.
