This paper presents results on strength of aerated concrete containing POFA at various replacement levels and its application as non-load bearing wall after subjected to different curing regimes. Cubes of (70.6x70.6x70.6mm) containing 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 percent ash replacement levels were cast and tested for compression following the procedures in BS 1881 : Part 116. Mix with 20% POFA which exhibit superior strength than any other replacement level was used to prepare panel of 540x250x25mm. The specimens were subjected to curing regimes namely; water, air, natural weather and wet dry cycle curing before the 28 days compressive strength of panels was evaluated in accordance to ASTM E72-05. This study proved that air cured panel performs better than panel subjected to other types of curing.

The benefits of understanding personality types and its relationships amongst team members are crucial for project success. Rough set analysis was used to analyze Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality types, Keirsey temperament, team diversity, and team performance. The result shows positive relationships between these attributes.

The hyper-heuristic framework uses a tabu list to monitor the performance of a collection of low-level heuristics and then make tabu heuristics that have been applied too many times, thus allowing other heuristics to be applied. Experiments carried out on examination timetabling datasets from the literature show that this approach is able to produce good quality solutions.

The paper has six sections. The Introduction part explains the general context about the use of forensic animation for court litigation. The second part describes challenges for the computer animation in the courtroom. The third section deals with procedures used to develop a particular forensic animation case study. It depicts a fatal road accident involving a car and two motorbikes on a dual carriage-way in the UK. The fourth section discusses the development of a new methodology for measuring the reliability and accuracy of forensic animation.

The present literature has not focussed on this subject. Therefore, what this paper does is examine the context of Malay movies, its achievements in 2010 and 2011 and the inculcation of philosophical elements in film and feed backs got from the focus group based on pilot test done on a group in December 2011. It tries to answer why Malaysia's horror movies failed to educate the audiences in creating critical minds instead of being in the industry for the past 58 years. In so doing, two factors emerged as critical to the growth of Malaysia's horror movies that is, commercialization, and lack of consciousness for philosophical search for information and knowledge.

These phenomenon could also identify the response for specific situations that will determine one's status quo in the society. In this article, sulking and coaxing phenomena are analysed by using films as the data. Selected films are the Malay classics of Samerah ), Sumpah Orang Minyak (1958. The study finds that sulking and coaxing produce an abundance of ostracised individuals which apparently serve as reflection to the contemporary Malay socio-politics, thought and lifestyle.

Ramlee's film, Seniman Bujang Lapok. Central to its argument is the appropriation of such a film as historical sources for the study of Malay society in the 1950s-60s Singapore. By contextualising P. Ramlee's portrayal of Malay society within several key developments in his life and era, the article propounds some major themes that reflect the challenges and anxieties faced by Malays then. It is hoped that this article will induce scholars towards a rigorous interrogation of Malay films which are currently at the margins of Singapore's historiography.

GIS and remote sensing, play an important role in environmental study, monitoring and remediation which can be used for a great variety of application. Soil compaction is important part in crop growth and the major causes for reduced crop yield worldwide. The aim of this study is producing the potential of land suitability map through measuring soil compactness for implementation of precision farming. In addition, it analyzes the correlation between soil compaction data and pixel value of satellite imagery. For this study, soil penetrometer tool are used to record data manually while digital analysis uses satellite images. A Landsat 5 TM and SPOT 5 images of Perlis were acquired to illustrate the use of Remote Sensing to identify areas of possible soil compaction. Soil sampling data was collected and simultaneously recorded the coordinate using GPS handheld. The correlation was analyzed in identifying areas of potential soil compaction using linear regression and polynomial. The farmers can used the product of soil suitability map to identify areas suitable for particular crops. Furthermore, to increase crop production through the use of integrated remote sensing, GIS, GPS and sensor technologies simultaneously maintaining the quality of the environment.

The device engineering strategy aims at reducing leakage from surface, sub-surface and bulk current paths. In deep sub-micron devices, bulk punchthrough is the major contributor to the DIBL leakage. This paper describes process optimization that requires some trade-offs between device parameters such as off-state current leakage, drive current and threshold voltage, to meet technology specifications. In this work we optimize well, channel, pocket and drain implant and anneal parameters to achieve the desired device characteristics
