I also love entertaining my family and friends and sending them home with a special favor or gift. These simmer pot gift bags are so easy to make and allows your guests to enjoy the fresh fragrance of the season in their own home. I made my favors for Thanksgiving and tied them using twine. You can also give as a favor during your holiday gatherings and use a pretty ribbon to secure your bags. Ingredients 1/4 Cup Dried cranberries 5 Dried orange slices - cut oranges in quarter inch slices, lay on a rack on top of a baking sheet and bake at 200° for four hours turning once each hour. Oranges should be done when they’re a bit translucent and the peel has darkened a bit. 2 TBSP Whole Cloves 2 Cinnamon Sticks 2 Sprigs of Rosemary Just add ingredients to 2-3 cups of water simmer and continue to add water as needed. #holidaysimmerpot #christmasparty #holidaypotpourri #homemade #hostessgift #diychristmas | Janine Graff

Make your home smell like so good with this Williams Sonoma signature simmer pot recipe. Fragrant aromas of rosemary, vanilla and lemon combine for a delightfully inviting scent & best of all - it’s NON•TOXIC! 3 sprigs of rosemary 1 lemon, cut into slices 1 TBSP vanilla extract 1 tsp cloves 2-3 cups water Boil 2-3 cups water on stove. I love to use my glass simmer pot. Add the rosemary, lemon, vanilla extract and whole cloves. Simmer over low heat. Continue to simmer, uncovered, for up to 2 hours. Top off with water as needed. After water has cooled strain & pour into a spray bottle. Use it as a nontoxic room spray! #cleanhome #cleaning #cleanliving #non
