I was so tired of my ugly drop ceiling, but I didn't want to spend thousands on a new ceiling! First, take out your old tiles and measure them. Then head to Lowes to pick up some wainscoting. (I chose 4x8 panels in a washed gray color for $20 each. Have Lowes cut your wainscoting to match the size of your tiles. Paint the grid to match your new tiles (I used a .99 sample jar of paint), then put your newly cut wainscoting pieces in the grid and Ta-Da!! You have a new, improved ce…
