Totally mouthwatering ‘Dubliner Irish Nachos’ 🍀

Made with crispy potatoes, delicious Dubliner cheese, bacon bits, fresh chives, and creamy sour cream – all Irish ingredients for a truly magical feast!

- Simply slice your potatoes, we used 1kg here, dry them well with a tea towel then season with smoked paprika, salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well and spread in a single layer on 2 sheets.

- Bake at 200C for 20 mins, turning halfway through till golden.

- Meanwhile spread 1 pack bacon on a tray and bake in the oven till crispy while the potatoes cook. Cool slightly then chop up finely.

- Grate 1 block of Dubliner mature red from SuperValu.

- Layer 1 tray of potatoes in the bas Dubliner Cheese, Irish Nachos, Dinner This Week, Oil Mix, Crispy Potatoes, Summer Food, Bacon Bits, Fresh Chives, Looks Yummy
