I slice my sirloin nice and thin and then threw it into a pan to give it a good crust. I then threw in my onion and peppers, soften these down, and then season with some salt and pepper. I threw my cheese into a pan, let that melt, and let those flavors get to know each other. Philly, I'll be over soon to try the real thing.
