Blueberry White Chocolate Overnight Oats
10min · 1 serving -30g oats -20g white choc protein/vanilla - 1/2 tsp natural sweetener - 80-90ml almond milk Mix well & add to ramekin or bowl of choice White choc creme layer: 60g yogurt- 10g protein powder Blueberry layer: Melt down around 50g frozen blueberries (can use fresh) in microwave for 30 secs, smash and add on top of creme layer White choc ganache: • 5g white choc • 10g yogurt • Splash of almond milk Melt your white choc in 30 second increments until it is melted Add a splash of almond milk & your yogurt and mix well until a smooth ganache is formed (might take a few minutes) Add on top of your blueberries & refrigerate overnight Top with a sprinkle of white choc shreds & enjoy 💙
