Writers like Rohinton Mistory, Ashish Gupta, Kiran Desai, Chitra Banarjee -Divakaruni, Uma Parmeswaran etc. have contributed their literary genius to express Diasporic experiences. The eminent writers, especially South Asian Women novelists Jhumpa Lahiri and Bharti Mukharjee contributed a lot in the area of diasproic literature. Their contribution is recognized at the international level with applaud. The similarities and distinctions between them are briefly taken into consideration in this paper.

The National Education Policy 2020 was the most anticipated and thought-provoking policy for Indi... more The National Education Policy 2020 was the most anticipated and thought-provoking policy for Indians as this reorients the old rote teaching learning methods of education to authentic theoretical methods. It was sanctioned by the Union Cabinet of India on 29 July 2020. The first effort to develop an education policy in India was somewhere around 1966 and exhibits its importance in a manuscript published by Prof. DS Kothari. The execution of the same document was done by Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in 1968, which called for a "radical restructuring" and recommended equal learning chances in order to accomplish national integration and bigger intellectual and financial development. The second such notion of education policy was brought up by the Rajiv Gandhi Government in 1986 which took almost 6 years for its appropriate execution and reached 1992 and the same policy was in practice for 34 years until the year 2020 when Prime Minister Narendra Modi had come up with New Education Policy. Anyp 2020 emphasizes on multidisciplinary approach one can find various problems in the present education system regarding multidisciplinary approach the theoretical part of multidisciplinary approach creates lot of challenges when it comes to its implementation however flexible Course work is the need of the hour and one must find solutions to the problems of implementation of multidisciplinary approach as this approach has proved its significance and necessity in the present scenario
