Employability has been defined as "the capability of getting and keeping satisfactory work". Entrepreneurial economics is the study of the entrepreneur and entrepreneurship within the economy. The seven essential employability skills: 1) Positive approach, 2) Communication, 3) Teamwork, 4) Self-management, 5) Willingness to learn, 6) thoughts skills (problem solving and decision making) and 7) Resilience. Xoha limited is a business organization who also emphasizes on social and economic development of the country through engaging women in earning activities as one of their social responsibilities. To meet this need of their women staff and their child Xoha limited decided to establish day care facilities for the children aged below 5 aiming to create safe, secure and comfortable space and ensure holistic development for the children. Initially they have started a pilot project with 15 children of aged 1 to 3. They recruited one caregiver for the project and higher a part-time consultant for the technical support. To fulfill the demand of female employees they redesign the project by taking some new steps form their learning through pilot project. Xoha limited also discover some positive impact of the day care center. They decided to start and expand their business in two dimensions. In the time period 2012 to 2017 the rate of organizational subsidies has been decreased and 2016 it turns to zero. On the other hand, the parent's contribution has been increased day by day. In 2018 it will start its journey by 20 centers and 2021 it will make it 80 centers according to its existing business.

Success is not a destination, but the road that you're on MTC Global ~ a global think-tank in Hig... more Success is not a destination, but the road that you're on MTC Global ~ a global think-tank in Higher Education, primarily, was created as a Google Group on 29.06.2010 by Prof. Bholanath Dutta. His aim was to create a common platform for management teachers across the world for knowledge exploration and knowledge sharing using the available technology. Today, it is not only confined to Management Education but it is adding values every second in Education Space with over 50 top pioneering initiatives. Today, MTC Global is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified organization, member of UN Global Compact, UN Academic Impact and most trusted non-for-profit organization. Prof. Dutta is a very humble, down-to-earth and modest teacher. He felt that enormous amount of knowledge is locked and redundant within the faculty members due to various reasons like: absence of opportunity, fear of expression, geographical distance, artificial distance created by B-school through ranking/certification, inertia, so on and so forth. At the same time, there is disconnect amongst faculty members in different geographical region even though there are strong social media but limitation exists. There is a strong need of leaders at national level who can take selfless position and undying passion to bring the teachers under a common platform to help exchange ideas, mentor, discuss on various topics on contemporary and emerging areas, research assistance, create new knowledge and thus create values for all stake holders. Prof. Dutta understood the difficulty. He knew there are many management professional associations already existing and he himself is a member of 8 professional associations. But teachers are not able to take the benefits to the fullest from these associations. There was another dimension; people joining teaching profession for the first time have to face lot of difficulties in understanding the academic process and different aspects of teaching throughput. He felt the necessity to do something simple but creative which will enable every faculty member in developing knowledge and social capital. Finally, on 29 th Jun 2010, he created the Google Group to bring the faculty members together and then incorporated it as non-for-profit organization named as Management Teachers Consortium (MTC Global). And, today, it is emerged as a leading organization having over 30000 teachers and executives from corporate spread over 30+ countries. Over 1000 colleges are members to MTC Global. Journey of thousand miles start with one single step`~ it is no different here as well. Initial days were really tough to bring the faculty on a common platform. There were uncertainties, doubts, questions on credibility and other negative forces but over a period of time things started working and teachers started joining MTC Global. It has a powerful mentor and advisory board who give direction and advice on various areas to scale up activities and ensure quality deliverables. MTC Global is a success story of collective efforts and selfless contributions of each and every member. MTC Global is not a commercial setup. Its mantra is " Educate, Empower, Elevate " —this is an empowerment model. It has become a common name in management fraternity across the world.

One of the indicators of research quality is the volume of citations. Citation index combined with h-Index has become critical indicators of a country's quality of research output. The low citation rate of Indian research papers is caused by the faculty's lack of research and writing skills, low English language proficiency, and desire to obtain academic titles, perks, and promotions. Although the education Ministry in India has criteria for measuring the quality of research output, it is used mainly for academic purposes, such as getting accreditations, grants, and educational titles. This paper discusses the implications of citations as a critical indicator. The data provided by the 13th Edition of Google Scholar Citation Transparent Ranking (GSCTR) of 2022 is used to explore the volume of citations generated by Indian universities and researchers. The data analysis indicates a low citation rate of Indian universities compared to members of the other nine major world economies. Analysis of GSCTR 2022 combined with English proficiency EF EPI scores implies that to enhance the quality of the research output, universities in India must train their faculty to improve research and writing skills and strengthen their English language proficiency. Citation index combined with h-Index has become vital indicators of the quality of research output of a country which also has a direct bearing on the international rankings provided by QS
