Orson Scott Card
Orson Scott Card (lahir 24 Ogos 1951) ialah seorang penulis novel, pengkritik, pengarang drama, penulis skrip, penyair, jurubicara awam, penulis esei, penggiat politik Amerika. Beliau menulis dalam beberapa genre namun lebih dikenali melalui cereka sains. Novel buatannya Ender's Game (1985) dan kesinambungannya Speaker for the Dead (1986) memenangi Anugerah Hugo[2][3] dan Anugerah Nebula,[2][4] menjadikan Card sebagai satu-satunya pengarang yang memenangi kedua anugerah cereka sains AS teratas dalam tahun-tahun berturut-turut.[5][6] Sebuah adaptas filem cereka dari Ender's Game, yang Card menerbitkan bersama, dikeluarkan pada tahun 2013.[7]
