В статье предпринята попытка различения цифровых информационных сред (ЦИС) и информационных систем в контексте художественного образования и эстетического воспитания. Приводятся данные о повышении роли социальных медиа и других ЦИС в эстетических практиках детей и подростков и на этой основе обосновывается важность присутствия педагогики искусства в этом пространстве. Проведен краткий обзор текущего положения дел и сделан вывод о необходимости дополнительной научно-методической проработки вопросов применения ЦИС, в частности, для системы повышения квалификации учителей предметной области «Искусство» и педагогов дополнительного образования художественной направленности. Abstract. The differences analysis of digital environments and information systems has been made in the context of art education and aesthetic upbringing. The data on raising importance of social media and other digital environments’ aesthetic practices are provided and the need for art education in these spaces is stated. On the basis of short review in the field the need for further research and development activities is considered, especially for art teachers’ training programs. The goal of the project is to research the current state of the problems in the use of the Internet in Education and the development on this basis of an information system, whilst accumulating data in the domain. This work is conducted within the framework of the collaborative project with CII UNESCO Sector (29/C5, 04045) and in co-operation with "University Knowledge Networks" corporation (UNICOR, Russia).

Abstract. The differences analysis of digital environments and information systems has been made in the context of art education and aesthetic upbringing. The data on raising importance of social media and other digital environments’ aesthetic practices are provided and the need for art education in these spaces is stated. On the basis of short review in the field the need for further research and development activities is considered, especially for art teachers’ training programs.
