The mental image and concept of quality assurance is examined using an extensive questionnaire to judge on the correlation a correct/ up-to-date conceptualization of the term quality assurance and its importance and the performance of staff members and employees. This paper is conducted in the Faculty of Alsun, Minia University .

إن عام 2018 هو عام الاحتفاء بذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة على كل الأصعدة تحديدا فى مصر. وكان مجلس الوزراء فى فبراير من هذا العام أقر مشروع قانون بإنشاء المجلس القومي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، ليحل محل المجلس القومي لشئون الإعاقة المنشأ بقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 410 لسنة 2012.و وقعت مصر أيضا على التفاقية الدولية لحقوق ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة عام 2006. كما اقيمت فى الأول من أكتوبر هذا العام 2018 فعاليات الملتقى العربى الأولى لمدارس ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة والدمج،والتى أكدت فيها الدولة المصرية بقيادتها ومسئوليها على أهمية دمج وتضمين ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة بين أقرانهم من الأصحاء وواكب ذلك إطلاق حملة دعائية لتوعية المجتمع بحقوق ذوى الاحتياجات وطريقة التواصل معهم.

The subjunctive in Arabic grammar has always been referred to as a verb feature the same as in English. Very few writings, if any, have referred to the semanticities of the subjunctive in Arabic. Even for native Arabs, the English term 'subjunctive' is almost incomprehensible, even if it is possible to translate it. Very few ESL Arab learners can truly comprehend the similarities and differences of this grammatical mood in English and Arabic. This paper probes into the semantic usages and syntactic structures of the subjunctive in both English and Arabic. It seeks to find areas of true similarities between the two languages on the semantic and syntactic levels that express and define the 'subjunctive' mood in both languages

As early as the start of the 25th of January Revolution, new media and styles intertwined with the old genre of cartoons blooming it into 'comics' with its widely and globally acknowledged forms. Egyptian web comics now reached a very idiosyncratic and almost internationalized level of professionalism. This paper presents a descriptive study of the highly rapid evolution of the comics 'industry' on Egyptian social media networks. It aims to pinpoint and elaborate on the fact that most of these comics go beyond the ordinary classification of 'political cartoons' into real 'memes'. It traces this development through a corpus analysis of the comics that were posted on Facebook and tweeted on the year 2013 when Mohamed Morsi was president of Egypt. The corpus of 820 political comics ridiculing, criticizing and even calling Morsi and the MB names, is reflective of the new techniques that were ready at hand with web-cartoonists and comics writers, enabling them to follow events as observers and commentators as well.

Patterns of new coinages are defined ,categorized and percentaged. Contrastive study is effected between the two language as to pinpoint the influence of English word-formation processes and new coinages on selecting specific derivational and coinage methods in Arabic to parody them.
