• In terns of "possibly both for a shorter period", we'd like to show a version of the banner to both logged-in and not-logged-in for October 8-10, when select sessions from the conference will be livestreamed to the public on YouTube and other platforms.--Pharos (talk) 22:09, 6 October 2021 (UTC)
