It's strange that the accounts are un-attached, but I think this is some bug (it once happened to me too that several accounts on closed wikis were suddenly not attached anymore). We can rename these accounts away, but please note that it won't be possible for you to create new accounts since the wikis are closed. --MF-W 16:47, 24 January 2014 (UTC)

I want to usurp "ja:user:nyaku" because I have been used "nyaku" in my signature on jawiki for 4 years. But CHANGING USERNAME says I can't get it because "It's already taken by the global login with ja.wiki home."

Your problem is not an SUL problem. The other projects have a username blacklist which prevents the creation of accounts with more than 5 numbers in the name. QuiteUnusual (talk) 13:07, 14 January 2014 (UTC)
