Research Objectives: This study examines the impact of post-covid changes in people's behavior, savings habits and accelerated financial literacy on strengthening Technology Adoption Model (TAM) among Indonesian fintech users. Research Methods: The researchers surveyed 536 people living in Indonesia. The data was analysed using structural equation modelling with moderator variables. Empirical Results: The research found that ease of use, usefulness, trust, and personal innovativeness are key drivers of adoption intentions. It also found that savings habits significantly increase the influence of government support on fintech adoption. Implications: This research has two important implications. First, digital finance companies should improve fintech app service quality and security further. Second, the government should also encourage the expansion of a fintech-based startup ecosystem by providing regulatory support to accelerate the progress of Indonesia's digital finance industry.

To overcome this problem, it is necessary to use the two-stage least squares (2SLS) method as the best estimator by applying the simultaneous equation model. The objective of this study is to analyse the simultaneous equation model between poverty and GDP in a developing country such as Indonesia. The macroeconomic data sources used for this study are secondary time series data from 1990 to 2017 obtained from Indonesia Statistics Agency, IMF, UNDP and World Bank. The result shows that there is strong evidence that poverty and GDP act simultaneously or endogenously in the model. From the results, it is recommended that in order to achieve higher GDP in the future, the Indonesian government should pay more attention to alleviating poverty rates, reducing unemployment rates, lowering merchandise imports, and improving economic growth in addressing macroeconomic problems in the country.

Some examples of successful companies applying these types of competitive priorities will be explained. However, there is no specific recipe that companies should follow in choosing the right competitive priorities, as each individual company has a different competitive strategy and resource approach. In fact, there is no guarantee that selecting specific competitive priorities will maintain the company's position in the marketplace, because selection requires a critical and continuous process across the company's conditions. In a dynamic business environment, companies should focus on strategic flexibility and innovation capabilities as additional tools to current competitive priorities. Finally, the role of the company's management is crucial, as it can carefully define the objectives of the competitive priorities and the improvement of the applied innovation strategy.

As an application area of behavioural economics (BE), nudge theory and the nudge concept has found many supporters, but at the same time has generated controversial views among many academics and scholars around the world, especially with regard to its broad definition, decision-making architectures, and libertarian paternalism concepts. Interestingly, this concept has attracted a lot of attention from key government officials, especially in the UK and the US, to change the behaviour of the population to a significant extent. The aim of this study is to discuss the nudge concept and its application to current situations and also to shed light on the critical views of this concept. It was found that this concept, although it has many critics, is considered a useful tool to change the behaviour of people or customers without using coercive measures to achieve the desired result.

The growing number of multinational corporations (MNCs) as one of the main drivers of the internationalization process in the HRM sector has attracted considerable attention from management scholars worldwide. The aim of this report is to discuss and analyse HRM performance and HRM practices in subsidiaries of MNCs in Kazakhstan, as the largest recipient of foreign direct investment (FDI) among CIS countries. The methodological approach of this study is based on the analysis of Poór et al. (2017) work on HRM performance and practices combined by cross-cultural management (CCM) of HRM in GLOBE study (House et al., 2004). It found that the subsidiaries of the MNCs in Kazakhstan tend to adopt the divergence of HRM functions and practices instead of the convergence concept by giving more freedom to the local HR departments in managing their HR roles and strategies. In terms of leadership style, Kazakhs prefer charismatic and team-oriented styles and belong to the societal cultural practices in the cultural dimensions of power distance and group collectivism. The implication practices of the study may help HR practitioners in both private sectors and public government administrations to understand about the importance of HRM policies and practices characteristics and behaviours amongst the MNCs subsidiaries a country, in achieving and improving labor productivity and business efficiency.
