The Augmented Dickey Fuller test was applied to conduct unit root tests, and the findings confirmed that some variables weren't level-stationary but had been changed to become stationery. Using the Engle Granger Co-integration test, co-integration was measured and found out that it was relative to the variables' long-term relationships. Within a one-year lag, the speed of long-term variable adjustment was 47 percent. Exports, imports, and output level collectively represented 88 percent of the changes in economic growth. Other variables in the error term, which were not included in the model, accounted for 25% of the fluctuations in the economy's growth. Exports and imports have a considerable impact on economic growth in the short run, as shown by the statistical significance of the F statistic. The results of the autoregressive distributed lag model technique, which was applied, validated the export led hypothesis over the long run, but not over the short run. As opposed to policies that would increase exports, he suggested liberalizing trade policy. Romanus & Dickson (2019) have examined the relationship between exports and economic growth in the Tanzanian context during the years 1980 to 2015. The percentage change in products sold overseas is being used to compute exports. findings show a longrun relationship between exports and economic growth. They insist that there is a need to review export strategies and policies in order to strengthen the economic growth levels in Tanzania. The Granger Causality test was applied for finding causality between import and economic growth. The results indicated a significant relationship between import and economic development for all six countries. The same analysis has also been conducted for OECD countries by Tahir (2013). The result showed that increase in import is significantly stored with economic growth

These goals included examining the impact of conflict on Tororo General Hospital's organizational productivity, the impact of interpersonal conflicts on workers' efficiency and effectiveness, and the impact of interpersonal and inter conflict. According to this rule of thumb, an increase in emotional conflict of 1% would typically result in a 0.937 rise in organisational effectiveness. Because it penalizes the model more severely, the R-squared value (0.878) is higher than the adjusted R-squared value (0.839). We reject the null hypothesis and come to the conclusion that there is a statistically significant connection between interpersonal and organisational efficiency and effectiveness since the F-computed (22.323) is greater than the F-tabulated (0.00). The study suggests that organizations should spend money on effective worker interpersonal conflict to promote rapid and effective knowledge production and flow. Entire company effectiveness results from this.

A... more This research was done to look at how microfinance institutions handle their loans and perform. An analysis of the Nansana branch of the Pride Microfinance Institution. To investigate how record keeping impacts financial markets' profitability, particularly Pride microfinance, Nansana branch; to ascertain how debt payment affects those organizations' operating efficiency, particularly Pride micro-finance, Nansana branch; and to decide the connection between loan monitoring and financial management at those organizations, particularly Pride micro-finance, Nansana branch. According to study results, administration practices in lending banks impact default rates. Institution factors account for 30% of survey respondents. Out of 25 respondents, 15 (or 50%) said it was difficult to obtain a loan from one of the Pride Microfinance banks. This proves that there are no administrative hurdles in the way of clients taking loans and repaying them. Nevertheless, 30% of respondents said there were some inconsistencies in acquiring these loans, particularly because Pride Microfinance occasionally required security, which they did not have. The idea that loans may be utilized for other reasons should not be disregarded by planners. Both MFIs and cooperatives must comply with this. The notion that it is feasible to direct funding to particular activities that one may believe to be the most fruitful and helpful for beneficial projects is unfounded. Credit shouldn't be considered a resource with an either a direct or indirect impact on output, similar to seed or fertilizer. Instead, the lenders should make sufficient arrangements and commitments to guarantee that the money was put to its intended purpose. Hence, investors should make sure that lenders engage in ventures they view as fruitful.

The statement that "Journalists should really not take risks in pursuing a story if they feel they would likely be exposed" was known by just over half of the participants. The assertion that "A reporter can refuse a hazardous employment" was, nevertheless, recognized to less than half (49.6%) of participants. The report urges Ugandan media organizations to train staff members on appropriate professional behavior and place a high priority on upholding it while at work, among other recommendations. The second argument is that media firms should consider other options for resolving the difficulties that their personnel encounter in team to perform and competency.

The study's two main goals were to identify the elements most strongly influencing potato yields in located in the southwestern Uganda and to determine the connection between land-related factors and potato yields in that region. To ensure that the results would be linear, objective, and trustworthy, Stata was used to clean the data and perform further tests. Box plots were utilized to determine the yield dispersion between Kisoro and Kanungu, and adjustment was employed to examine the relationship between land-related parameters. Likewise, certain graphs were used to determine the status of categorical variables. Scatter plots were used to show the link between yields and the ground parameters (farmers' knowledge, land area for potato plots, number of cattle, farming experience, field location, and land ownership). According to the survey, there were four times as many potato producers with livestock as there were without it. The foot slope of the field is where the majority of potato farmers plant their crops, followed by the intermediate slope and the higher slope.
