• dissolved, abolished or demolished date (P576) (instead of end time (P582) which is more general)
• inception (P571) (instead of start time (P580) which is more general)
• director / manager (P1037) or is there a better one? See discussion page.
• instance of (P31) Federal Government of Belgium (Q390947) for those where it was called a federal government (since 1993?). Is there some other wikidata item for the ones before that nomenclature or just the same wikidata item for now? Also need to link the actual ministers making up the government. Add the people to the government with has part(s) (P527). On a minister's wikidata item, add position held (P39) with "the item for that position". Add qualifiers to this statement:

• start time (P580)
• end time (P582)
• replaces (P1365)
• replaced by (P1366)
• member of cabinet (P5054) for each of the governments.

As an example see Didier Reynders (Q978208) and his position as Minister of Defence of Belgium (Q24199589).

Option for weird "one off" minister positions would be to use Federal Minister of Belgium (Q23442052) as the position held (P39). Precise minister wikidata items should be subclass of (P279) of it.
