Motivation
editWindows Package Manager, that we generally call 'WinGet', is a FLOSS package manager designed by Microsoft for Windows10 or later.
It is one of popular solutions for fetching software from via CLI, and a good GUI frontend (WingetUI) exists, so it is not too much to say that the most popular package manager.
