Removing Country of origin (P495) as a constraint

edit

I don't think that this constraint belongs on the identifier, we have language of work (P407) and we have country of citizenship (P27) for the composer/lyricist. If we want to indicate where a song was physically written that's fine, but it shouldn't be a mandatory constraint, like what's the country of origin for a composition written on a plane?
