Trivia

Origin

In the Generation II and IV Pokémon games, a Shiny red Gyarados can be found at the Lake of Rage, and is notably the only guaranteed encounter with a Shiny Pokémon in any of the Pokémon games until Black 2 and White 2. Outrage is a move in the Pokémon games that Gyarados cannot learn until Pokémon Platinum by Move Tutor from Generation IV onwards. Devastate's Japanese name is that of Incinerate, a move introduced in the Generation V Pokémon games that Gyarados can learn via TM59. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Silver.
