Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Ginji's Rescue Team
Ginji and Mudkip passed through Mt. Thunder in I Want to be Human Again! on their way to meet Xatu at the Hill of the Ancients. On their way, they encountered Zapdos, who attacked them. At first, they were unable to deal practically any damage on the Legendary bird Pokémon, but eventually Mudkip, encouraged by Ginji, used Mud Sport to protect Ginji from Zapdos's Electric attacks so that he was able to defeat it with a close-range Flamethrower.
